Each year, Gilson ranks our sales staff in the categories of New Business, Biggest Sales Increase, Value-Added Sales, and Overall Sales Volume. Each category is weighted differently, making it hard to predict from year to year who the salesperson of the year will be! Arnie has consistently excelled in all the key metrics we prioritize as a sales organization, earning this prestigious award through his hard work and unwavering dedication to his customers.

Arnie also received a particularly meaningful honor—the inaugural John Edwards Sales Achievement Award. This award, named in memory of the late John Edwards, is presented to the individual who received the most overall votes in a peer survey that included categories such as Most Collaborative, Most Motivational, and Most Persistent, and Highest Integrity.

For Arnie, this award holds special significance. John was not only a mentor but also a guiding force in Arnie’s career for decades. Receiving this award is a heartfelt reminder of the profound impact John had on so many of us. His legacy lives on, and he is greatly missed.
